Responsible for co-editing a weekly publication for the residents of Collins LLC. This position involves soliciting submissions for a weekly theme as well as designing/creating content for each issue. Requires communication between co-editors, residents, and the faculty and staff of Collins LLC.

Wright MMM, Bloomington, IN — Student Assistant

August 2016 - Present

Responsible for running the daily operations of the Wright MMM. This involves helping patrons check items out and find things that they need. Also requires organizing the collections through shelf-reading to make sure items are accessible to both patrons and staff.

Served customers by taking orders, monitoring tables, using a cash register, keeping track of the flow of a restaurant, as well as some prep work for the kitchen.

This position involved recording local city meetings in Madison, Indiana and surrounding areas via digital camera. I was responsible for 2 or 3 different meetings per week.

Madison Theatre Department Sound Director — Madison Consolidated High School

January 2011 - May 2015

Prepared and designed procedures for running a sound system for several productions of MCHS theatre - including musicals, plays, and outside events. This position required a lot of planning and decision-making as well as the performance of using the sound system during shows and other events.

West Street Art Center - Madison, IN

2014 - 2016

I had the opportunity to work with Peter Ellis of the West Street Art Center and others to put on concerts in the West Street Art Center facility. This involved finding bands and artists to book and communicating with others to lead an organized shows. This also involved running a sound system. This required a lot of planning and forethought, as well as learning from experiences. In 2 years, we put on about 5 or 6 shows for my community showcasing several bands throughout the midwest.
